(Seattle, WA) -- The Seattle Mariners' winning streak is over, after their 3-0 loss at the hands of the Texas Rangers. The Mariners managed seven hits but no runs against Ranger pitching and were unable to extend their five-game winning streak. Seattle pitcher Roenis Elias picked up his eighth loss of the year. The Mariners and Rangers will play the second game of their four-game series tonight at Safeco Field.
