(Renton, WA) -- Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll says Dion Bailey will start at safety for the season opener this Sunday in place of holdout Kam Chancellor. Bailey, who was an undrafted free-agent out of USC last year, will be making his first NFL start. Carroll says he has confidence in Bailey and calls him an "all-out hitter." Chancellor continues to hold out while seeking a new contract with the Seahawks.
