Ducks' Adams Has Broken Finger

(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. is dealing with a broken index finger on his throwing hand.  ESPN reports his status for the Ducks upcoming game against Georgia State has yet to be determined.  Adams suffered the injury in the team's season opener against Eastern Washington, but still played in the Ducks' 31-28 loss to Michigan State on Saturday.  The senior graduate transfer has passed for 555 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions for 13th-ranked Oregon.  He also has rushed for 100 yards and another score.
