Greinke Opting Out Of Dodgers' Deal

(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke is opting out of the final three years of his contract to become a free agent.  The 32-year-old will pass up a guaranteed 71-million dollars to test the open market.  Greinke is a leading NL Cy Young candidate after going 19-and-3 with a major league-best 1.66 ERA this past season.
