(Portland, OR)  --  The Pistons outscored the Trail Blazers 41-11 in the fourth quarter as they rallied for a 120-103 win at the Moda Center.  Damian Lillard posted 26 points and 11 assists to pace the Blazers, who fell to 4-and-3.  C.J. McCollum scored 18 points and Meyers Leonard had 17 in the setback.  Portland is right back in action tonight against the Nuggets in Denver.
