(Renton, WA) -- Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin says he's open to staying in Seattle for less money, even though he'll be an unrestricted free agent during the offseason. That's a reversal of Irvin's stance during the last offseason, during which he told a reporter he'd like to play for his hometown team, the Atlanta Falcons. Yesterday, Irvin told reporters the Seahawks are his "brothers" and he couldn't imagine continuing his career elsewhere. Seattle's season ended Sunday with a 31-24 loss to the Carolina Panthers in a Divisional Playoff game.
