(Daytona, FL)  --  Former Seattle Mariners great Ken Griffey, Jr. will be the honorary starter for the annual Daytona 500 this coming Sunday.  Griffey, who was recently elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame, will wave the green flag at the event.  Griffey played 13 of his 22 major-league seasons with the Mariners.
