(Boca Raton, FL) -- Seattle Seahawks general manager John Schneider says safety Kam Chancellor will return to the team next season. The "Seattle Times" reports Schneider made the remarks to reporters yesterday at the NFL's annual meeting in Boca Raton, Florida, saying Chancellor will "definitely be a Seahawk in 2016." There had been speculation that Chancellor might head elsewhere, after there was no definitive resolution to a contract dispute last year. Chancellor held out from training camp through the first two regular-season games last season because of a disagreement over a four-year, 28-million-dollar pact he signed before the 2013 season.
