(Oakland, CA)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers are done for the season, after taking the fight to the Golden State Warriors on their home court.  Golden State prevailed, 125-121, to win the Western Conference semifinal series, three games to one.  Damian Lillard finished with 28 points and seven assists, and C.J. McCollum scored 27 points.  Head coach Terry Stotts says his Blazers enjoyed a successful season because of their "character and work ethic."
