(Portland, OR)  --  The Steel will try yet again for their first win of the season when they host the Tampa Bay Storm Friday at the Moda Center.  Portland is the only team in Arena football still without a victory, although Tampa Bay has just one.  The Steel last played Saturday in a 54-42 loss to the LA Kiss in Anaheim.  Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. Friday.
