Former Duck Makes MLB Debut

(Eugene, OR)  --  Former Oregon baseball player Ryon Healy made his MLB debut over the weekend with the Oakland Athletics.  Healy went 0-for-4 with a strikeout on Friday.  He recorded his first major league hit on Saturday with a three-run homer to help propel the A's to victory.  Healy is the first former Oregon position player to play in the big leagues since 1986.
