Wilson On Pace To Start Vs. L.A.

(Renton, WA)  --  Russell Wilson appears he'll be ready to go for Sunday's game against the Rams.  Wilson was back at practice yesterday after recovering from a sprained ankle he suffered during the Miami game.  Head coach Pete Carroll says Thomas Rawls will start at running back Sunday.  Offensive guard Germain Ifedi is nursing an ankle sprain and probably won't play Sunday, meaning J'Marcus Webb would start in his place against the Rams.
