(Fresno, CA) -- A former Oregon football player is in trouble with the law. Ex-Ducks cornerback Cliff Harris was arrested Saturday and charged with theft of personal property under four-hundred-dollars, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. The 25-year-old also violated his probation. Harris went undrafted in the 2012 NFL Draft. He had brief stints with the Eagles and Jets but hasn't been in the league since 2013.
