George Moore is rated the number one junior-college offensive lineman.  Deommodore Lenoir of Los Angeles is listed by Rivals.com as the nation's number one-rated athlete. The Ducks have nine four-star recruits and 14 three-star. Oregon ranks second behind USC in the Pac-12.  Oregon State is eighth.
