(Corvallis, OR) -- Oregon State is the number-one overall seed and a regional host in the 2017 NCAA baseball tournament. Oregon State wrapped up a 49-and-4 regular season over the weekend. The mark is the best record in the program's history. The Beavers will open regional play on Friday against number-four seed Holy Cross in Corvallis. Third-seeded Nebraska and four-seed Yale will also play Friday to kick off the double-elimination regional. This is the second time in four years OSU has earned the overall top-seed in the tourney.
