(New York, NY) -- The NBA upheld Carmelo Anthony's flagrant two-foul in the Thunder loss Sunday at Portland. Anthony elbowed Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic in the face while driving for a shot in the third quarter. After officials reviewed the play, his basket was overturned and Anthony was ejected. The league rescinded the flagrant given to Russell Westbrook. The NBA fined Oklahoma City coach Billy Donovan, Westbrook and Paul George for criticizing the officials after the call against Anthony.
