Freeman Will Sit Out Oregon's Bowl Game Tomorrow

(Las Vegas, NV)  --  The Ducks will not have Royce Freeman, who holds several Oregon rushing records, for the Las Vegas Bowl tomorrow against Boise State.  Freeman is projected as an early-round NFL draft pick and does not want to risk being injured.  Oregon is 7-and-5.  Boise State is 10-and-3.  Mario Cristobal will serve in his first game as Oregon's head coach after replacing Willie Taggart, who abandoned the school after one season to take the Florida State coaching job.
