(Portland, OR)  --  Damian Lillard scored 36 points and dished out 10 assists to lead the Blazers past the Jazz 102-93 in their season finale at the Moda Center.  The win improved their record to 49-and-33 and clinched the third-seed in the Western Conference.  CJ McCollum pitched in with 19 points and Jusuf Nurkic scored 13 in the winning effort.
