Prep baseball continues league play today in the Intermountain Conference and after losing its first league game, the Summit Storm have won 5-straight to lead the IMC. The Storm clash with 7th ranked Bend today in game-1 of a weekly 3-game rival series with first pitch set for 430 on the Lava Bears home diamond.

Summit is 6-and-1 in conference action while Bend is unbeaten in 3-games. Same two teams tomorrow at Summit High. Elsewhere, Ridgeview hosts Mt. View.

In the 4A Tri-Valley, #12 Madras entertains 7th ranked Gladstone with the White Buffalos trailing Gladstone by just one game for the early league lead, and Crook County, who has the day off, is in 2nd place only one-half game better then Madras.

In the Sky-Em Conference, Sisters is off until Friday when they host league leading Sweet Home in a doubleheader.

Meantime, 3rd ranked La Pine travels to Harrisburg in a key class 3-A Mountain Valley Conference game.
