(Oakland, CA)  --  The Mariners won the game but may have lost Mitch Haniger in the process.  Haniger was hit by a pitch on the wrist in the fourth inning.  He left the game and is officially listed as day-to-day.  Post-game X-rays were negative.  Seattle leads baseball with 29 batters hit by pitches.  The team also placed second baseman Dee Gordon on the DL with a fractured toe.  Seattle recalled first baseman Daniel Vogelbach from Triple-A Tacoma to take Gordon's roster spot.
