(Portland, OR)  --  The Westgate Las Vegas Superbook has projected the Trail Blazers to miss the playoffs this season.  The oddsmakers predicted Portland to finish the regular season as the 10th best team in the Western Conference with 41.5 wins.  The Blazers return their top three scorers from last year's squad that finished third in the West with 49 wins.
