Timbers Come Up Short Against Minnesota

(Minneapolis, MN) --  The Timbers were unable to complete the comeback as they were dropped by Minnesota United FC 3-2 in Minneapolis.  Alvas Powell and Sebastian Blanco found the back of the net for Portland, which trailed 3-0 going into halftime.  The Timbers still hold a two-point lead over Real Salt Lake for fourth place in the West with 47 points.
