(Seattle, WA)  --  Seattle's would-be NHL ownership group is unveiling plans for a 70-million-dollar training facility near Northgate Mall.  The plan calls for three full-sized rinks and office space to serve as team headquarters.  Seattle's bid for an expansion franchise is expected to get final approval in December.
