(Renton, WA)  --  The Seahawks will get back to work this week to prep for a trip to Carolina.  They visit the Panthers on Sunday.  Seattle was idle yesterday after a 27-24 victory over the Packers last Thursday.  At 5-and-5 the Seahawks are second in the NFC West behind 9-and-1 Los Angeles, which plays the Kansas City Chiefs tonight on Monday Night Football.
