(undated)  --  Long-time Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski is hanging up his cleats.  Janikowski told ESPN on Sunday that he is retiring from the NFL after 19 seasons.  He spent his first 18 years in Oakland before playing last season with the Seattle Seahawks.  The 41-year-old is the Raiders' all-time points leader and ranks 10th in NFL history with 1,913 career points.
