Oregon State Baseball Earns 16th Seed In NCAA Tournament

(Corvallis, OR)  --  Oregon State is the 16th seed in the NCAA Baseball Tournament.  The Beavers, who dropped eight of their last 13 games entering the postseason, are ranked the lowest of the 16 regional hosts.  The four-team Corvallis Regional also features second seed Creighton, third seeded Michigan and fourth seed Cincinnati.  Creighton and Michigan will face off at 1 p.m. Friday to kick off the double-elimination regional, followed by a 7 p.m. matchup between the Beavers and Bearcats.  The winners and losers of both games meet Saturday.
