(Seattle, WA) -- Seattle-based department-store chain Nordstrom says it will close two under-performing stores in the Portland area. Officials say one store in the Lloyd Center in Portland and one at the Vancouver Mall will be shuttered in 2015. The company president of stores, Erik Nordstrom, says the stores haven't performed up to standard, even after renovations designed to make them more successful. After the stores close, the Portland area will still have three Nordstrom locations and four discount Rack stores.
