(Seattle, WA) -- The season is over for the Oregon State women's basketball team. The ninth-seed Beavers fell to top-seed South Carolina, 78-69, last night in Seattle in the second round of the NCAA women's tournament. Jamie Weisner led Oregon State with 21 points, including five three-pointers. Gabriella Hanson scored 16 for the Beavers, who ended their season after making their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1996.
