(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers are heading into the NBA playoffs on a five-game winning streak after holding off the Los Angeles Clippers, 110-104.  As both teams rested key players, Portland was led in scoring by Will Barton, who had a career-high 23 points.  Portland is seeded fifth in the Western Conference, and will play the Rockets in a first-round series starting Sunday in Houston.
