(Portland, OR)  --  A man and a woman accused of burglarizing two storage units in East Portland are behind bars.  Phillicia Lorianne Johnsen and Enrique Manuel Delacruz were taken into custody yesterday.  Police say they were caught while a burglary was in progress at the Public Storage on Southeast 105th Avenue.  The suspects are scheduled to be arraigned today.
