(Portland, OR)  --  A convicted felon is facing new charges after allegedly stealing mail in a Scappoose neighborhood.  Police arrested Andrey MacCracken of Beaverton last week near Scappoose Middle School after receiving reports of a suspicious car.  Officers determined the car was stolen and pulled MacCracken over.  Police say a search of the car turned up stolen mail from Scappoose and across the Portland area, along with methamphetamine and a butterfly knife.
