SISTERS, OR -- NeighborImpact is accepting applications for affordable homes in Sisters. A non-profit called First Story is selling the homes to qualified applicants through a 30-year, zero interest loan. The income limitations for home buyers are a monthly gross income of between 4-thousand and 51-hundred dollars, depending on family size. Applicants must first complete a NeighborImpact Homebuyer Education Class before becoming eligible. Applications are due no later than January 17th.
