BEND, OR -- The National Weather Service has issued a Winter  Storm Warning for Bend, Madras, Prineville and Redmond that’s in effect until 4-tomorrow morning. Heavy snow is expected with accumulations of 4-to-9-inches. Winds will be gusting to 30 miles an hour into this morning and afternoon.
