BEND, OR -- The Bend Police Department has turned over evidence to the Deschutes County D-A regarding a fight at Pilot Butte Park October 3^rd. Lieutenant Juli McConkey says they appointed a 5-member team of officers to review evidence, a process that took more than 400 hours. McConkey says Bend Police have requested 15 people face charges including Riot, Disorderly Conduct, Assault and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Police also asked the D-A to review charges against 7-people for Disorderly Conduct because protestors who appeared outside the Bend Police Department October 4^th blocked Highway 20.
