Starting today, the City of Bend will begin a limited re-opening of some of its public facilities for in-person services. In a recent release the city says parts of City Hall will be open for public inquiries, like permitting. There will be in-person service for utility customers, Bend Police Department and the Municipal Court lobby, with modifications for safety. Masks and distancing are required.
