Crooked River Roundup Horse Races Returning

The Crooked River Roundup horse races are returning to Prineville July 14th thru the 17th.  The races are known for attracting the largest average daily attendance of any track in the state, and are among only four pari-mutuel races being held in Oregon this year.  A full field of horses is expected on all four nights of the event this year, with race distances ranging from 250 yards to five and a half furlongs with betting a favorite part of it.  The races are held at the Crook County Fairgrounds, and are sponsored by First Interstate Bank.
