Police say someone set off a Molotov cocktail in a stairwell at the World Trade Center in downtown Portland last night, causing damage to the stairs.  Investigators believe "Occupy Portland" protesters may be behind the incident. Portland Police Bureau spokesman, Lieutenant Robert King says investigators have been following up on recent reports that a person or a group of people at the "Occupy" encampment have made or stored Molotov cocktails. King says it's fortunate no one was hurt in last night's incident.
