(Sherwood, OR)  --  Sherwood police say they've arrested a woman whose young kids were wandering outside in the heat while she was passed out on her couch.  Police were dispatched to a home in the area of Southwest 1st and Oak in Sherwood Monday night, following a report of two children in diapers wandering near the street.  Officers woke up 34-year-old Mary Hilliker and she told them she had been drinking.  The children have been placed in the custody of the Department of Social Services.
