(Wilsonville, OR)  --  A Wilsonville man is facing charges after being arrested twice for DUII within 18 hours.  The "Portland Tribune" quotes police as saying 32-year-old Kyle James Koontz was allegedly seen Wednesday in a near-catatonic state after reportedly inhaling electronics cleaner from a spray can while sitting in his vehicle.  Police say Koontz was arrested in a driveway on Southwest Stafford Road after several 9-1-1 calls reporting an erratic and reckless driver.  Authorities say Koontz was also arrested Tuesday evening for DUII at Argyle Square in Wilsonville.
