(Rowena, OR) -- The Rowena wildfire that's burning in the Columbia Gorge is reported to have surpassed 26-hundred acres. Officials report the wildfire is zero-percent contained. About 600 area residents have been told to evacuate their homes as the fire edges closer to The Dalles. KPTV reports an incident commander with the State Fire Marshall's Office has confirmed that at least one outbuilding has been destroyed.
