(Washington County, OR)  --  Authorities say a four-year-old boy died after being pulled unconscious from water near Henry Hagg Lake.  Forest Grove Fire & Rescue officials say efforts to resuscitate the boy after he was pulled from the water yesterday were unsuccessful.  Officials say there was no sign of an adult who was caring for the child at the scene and it's possible that person might also have drowned.  Investigators say a pair of adult flip-flops were in the area where the boy was found and a car was parked in a nearby lot.
