(Clackamas, OR)  --  A Clackamas man is accused of hitting a bicyclist with his vehicle and driving away from the scene.  Police say 49-year-old Leodan Juarez Belton struck the bicyclist as he entered the parking lot of a gas station on Southeast 82nd Avenue yesterday afternoon.  Authorities say Belton checked on the cyclist, went into the store and got ice cream for him, then took off in his pickup truck as medics approached.  Belton was arrested more than an hour later.  The cyclist suffered minor injuries.
