(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man who's accused of crashing into a group of trick-or-treaters on Halloween night and killing a seven-year-old girl is behind bars.  Police say 47-year-old Duane Abbott jumped a curb and hit the group of four while they were on a sidewalk at the intersection of Northeast 112th and 39th in Vancouver.  Seven-year-old Cadence Boyer died Sunday after being taken off life-support.  Cadence's mother, Annie Arnold, remains hospitalized, 30-year-old Chelina Alsteen is said to be in a coma, and a six-year-old girl is listed in critical condition.
