(Portland, OR)  --  A group of East Portland residents is petitioning to secede from the rest of Portland.  The East Portland de-Annexation Movement says it doesn't feel like it's getting the services that reflect the tax dollars they spend for them.  The petition needs 31-thousand signatures in order to have an option placed on the ballot in November 2016.  East Portland covers about one-fifth the area of the entire city of Portland.
