(Portland, OR)  --  A man is listed in serious condition after being shot in an East Portland neighborhood.  Police say the shooting happened around seven o'clock last night at an apartment complex on East Burnside.  The 25-year-old victim, whose name hasn't been released, is being treated for wounds that aren't considered life-threatening.  Investigators haven't identified any suspects.
