(Undated) -- A new survey shows Oregon is among the least obese states in the nation. The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index reports that the rate of obesity in the U.S. was at nearly 28-percent last year, up from 27-percent in 2013. Oregon is ranked as the 12th least obese state, with Washington ranked 13th. Mississippi ranks as the "fattest" state, and Hawaii is ranked as the leanest.
