(Albany, OR) -- A man who was accused of setting a fire that destroyed a good portion of South Albany High School is awaiting sentencing, after pleading guilty to arson. Zach Burghart was already on probation for a fire he set when living on a farm in rural Linn County last fall, and is facing a tougher sentence as a result. Burghart also pleaded guilty to a hit and run charge for crashing into a camper while fleeing after setting the fire in April to South Albany High. He's scheduled for sentencing Thursday.
