(Clark County, WA)  --  A 64-year-old Clark County man with a brain injury is missing.  Sheriff's deputies say Stephen J. Franklin is able to communicate normally despite the injury, but may have problems with long-term memory.  Franklin is described as white, five-feet-eight, average build, blue eyes, with short, gray hair and a mostly-gray mustache.  Deputies say Franklin was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a light blue or gray t-shirt, and is believed to be driving a red 2014 Toyota RAV-4 with Washington license ARF8263.
