(Portland, OR)  --  Prices at the gas pump are holding steady in the Portland area.  Triple-A reports the average for regular is virtually unchanged from yesterday, at about three-14 a gallon.  That's about a penny-and-a-half higher than a week ago and a dime a gallon above the average at this point last month.
