(Salem, OR)  --  A co-chair of the Oregon Legislature's joint budget committee says he's running for secretary of state.  Democratic Senator Richard Devlin of Tualatin was elected last year to a fourth term.  Devlin is touting his experience in government as an advantage in his run for statewide office.  Republican Sid Leiken of Lane County has also said he'll run for secretary of state.
